LONDON, UK — 19 May, 2014 - [24]7, the intuitive customer experience company, has recruited Nick Mitchell as its new Head of Sales, EMEA, as the firm continues to add clients to its European portfolio and expand its operations.
John Mejia has over 20 years of operational experience leading large scale contact centers and operations. As Chief Delivery Officer - Customer Success & Latin America, John is responsible for operations and client relationships across delivery centers in Latin America.
John has over 20 years of operational experience leading large scale contact centers, CRM deployments and operations. He has been a key executive at large end-user companies responsible for CRM strategy and execution including Monitronics, Charter, Centennial and AT&T.
John has a BS in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.

Prashant joined [24]7 from Aditya Birla Minacs, where he served as the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) for their IT services business unit (formerly PSI Data Systems) and was responsible for building capabilities in the areas of remote infrastructure management, managed testing, enterprise mobility and ERP. Prashant also served as the VP of Technology for PRC, a BPO in Florida where he was responsible for the overall technology architecture and applications and spear-headed their business intelligence and CRM development.
Prashant has a Masters in electrical engineering from the University of Florida.

Prior to that, Ravi held various senior engineering leadership positions at IBM and Oracle where he led technology initiatives in building scalable enterprise software architectures and services.

Prior to joining [24]7, she was Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales with Creditek Corporation, which is now part of Genpact, and a leading BPO firm specializing in accounts receivable outsourcing solutions. Previously, she spent 8 years at Convergys Corporation in a variety of executive leadership roles in the Customer Management Group and the Billing Systems Group. Her last role at Convergys was as Vice President for the Technology and Telecommunications Practice, where she led strategy, marketing and business development.

Prior to joining [24]7, Madhu was the Chief Financial Officer of Rackable Systems, now SGI (Nasdaq: SGI), a provider of server and storage products, where Madhu's responsibilities included a successful secondary offering, raising over $300 million, and scaling finance operations during her tenure. Prior to Rackable, Madhu served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Redback Networks (now part of Ericsson), a leading networking solutions provider, where she played a key role in a highly successful turnaround effort that included financial restructuring, securing venture funding and managing operations to achieve improved margins, cash position and profitability. Madhu also led finance operations at emerging growth companies, Jamcracker and BackWeb Technologies, including a successful IPO at BackWeb. Earlier in her career, she held positions in finance and accounting at Liberty Mutual and PriceWaterhouse LLP.
Madhu is a Chartered Accountant from India, Certified Public Accountant in California and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts.

Steve built businesses that emphasized customer acquisition, customer retention and scalable operations to facilitate profitable growth.
